My name is Eric Hagberg, and I've spent nearly 20 years in the trades industry in the Portland area — working directly with clients, writing estimates, managing projects, and learning firsthand what makes a trades business run well and what holds it back.
What I discovered along the way surprised me. It wasn't just smaller operations struggling to keep up — businesses of every size were leaving enormous amounts of time and money on the table simply because nobody had shown them how to put AI to work in a practical, meaningful way.
A few years ago I started exploring what AI could really do for the businesses I'd spent my career working with.
